How our store works

KuhnChi sells both physical merchandise and digital educational products. The fulfilment method is stated on each product page.

Physical products

Some physical products are supplied and shipped directly by third-party fulfilment partners. This means products may ship from different locations and separate items in one order may arrive in different parcels. Available destinations, shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown on the product page or at checkout. KuhnChi remains the customer's point of contact for order support, complaints, refunds and remedies.

Digital educational products

Digital courses and educational materials are delivered electronically. No physical book or parcel is shipped for products clearly identified as digital. Internet access may be required. Course descriptions explain what is included, how access is provided and how to request support. Educational content does not guarantee business income, sales or other results.

Markets and currencies
