SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

KUHNCHI currently accepts orders only for delivery to addresses shown as available at checkout. Availability may differ by product and destination.

Processing and delivery estimates

The processing and delivery estimate shown on the relevant product page or at checkout applies to the order. Delivery dates are estimates unless KUHNCHI expressly states that a date is guaranteed. We publish timeframes only when supported by current supplier and carrier information.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and charges are shown at checkout before payment. KUHNCHI does not promise free shipping across the store unless checkout specifically shows a zero shipping charge for that order.

Tracking and split deliveries

Tracking information will be provided when available. Products may be supplied from different fulfilment locations and may arrive in separate packages. Separate packages do not create additional product charges, but any shipping amount shown at checkout remains payable.

Correct delivery information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact info@kuhnchi.com immediately if an address is incorrect. We cannot promise that an address can be changed after fulfilment starts.

Delays

If KUHNCHI learns that an order cannot be shipped within the stated timeframe, we will inform the customer and provide the available options. Where required, the customer may agree to the delay or cancel the affected unshipped order for a refund to the original payment method.

Lost, damaged or missing parcels

Contact us with the order number and available evidence. KUHNCHI will investigate with the supplier or carrier and provide the remedy required by the applicable agreement and law.

Duties, import taxes and customs charges

Unless checkout expressly states that duties and taxes are prepaid, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or carrier fees imposed by the destination country. These amounts are not controlled or collected by KUHNCHI. Check with the relevant customs authority before ordering.
