KUHNCHI aims to present products, colours, measurements and features accurately. Screen displays and supplier updates may cause reasonable differences. A delivered product must still correspond materially with its description and the order placed.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars unless the store clearly states otherwise. Shipping charges and any other amounts collected by KUHNCHI are displayed before payment. An order is subject to payment authorisation and acceptance. KUHNCHI does not represent that prices include South African VAT unless that is expressly stated after VAT registration has been verified.

Order acceptance and cancellation

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order. KUHNCHI may cancel an order before fulfilment if payment fails, stock is unavailable, a material pricing error occurred, fraud is reasonably suspected, or delivery cannot lawfully or practically be completed. If KUHNCHI cancels a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
